• Free delivery for orders above $300.00 (Before GST) 
• (Prices displayed on the checkout page may not reflect the correct amount payable. We will contact you to inform the correct amount payable within 1 working day)
• Delivery to Sentosa and Jurong Island - Additional $30 (Before GST) delivery charge is applicable. Collection will be at the nearest carpark for locations in Sentosa.
• Payment preferred to be made via PayNow/PayLah in view of social distancing regulations.
• Order before 12pm for same day delivery (Cooked food subjected to availability)

1. There will be a 100% penalty charge incurred for orders cancelled less than one working day in advance.
2. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. A Peak Season Delivery Charge may apply during the peak seasons, e.g. New Year, Chinese New Year and Christmas.
4. Orders will be delivered in 2-hour time slots. An additional $40.00 will be charged should you wish to request for fixed delivery timings or express deliveries (to arrive within 1 hour).
5. Please be present at the delivery location during your delivery time slots. A surcharge of $15.00 will be applicable if the driver needs to make a second trip to deliver the orders. Please also note that the second trip will only be conducted once all other orders are delivered.
6. Place order and confirmed 2 day before the delivery date, delivery slot will base on delivery schedule.Last minute orders for delivery on the same day will incur an additional $40.00 last minute charge.
7. No deliveries directed to BBQ pits at the following locations: D'Resort@Downtown East, CherryLoft, TreeHouse Villas@Changi, CSC@Changi, Changi Beach Park, East Coast Park, Labrador Park, Pasir Ris Park, Punggol Park, Sembawang Park, and West Coast Park. Collection of deliveries will be done at the nearest carpark.
8. No further changes to the order allowed once the order has been placed and confirmed.

On-site BBQ 

1. $100.00 for BBQ Chef (3hrs), $30.00 for transport. There will be no free delivery for On-site BBQ service. Time extension is chargeable at $30.00 per hour per manpower. (Charges are subjected to 7% GST).
2. Manpower will be allocated based on the order quantity.
3. A delivery charge of $50.00 is applicable for On-site BBQ deliveries to Changi Beach Park, East Coast Park, Labrador Park, Pasir Ris Park, Punggol Park, Sembawang Park, and West Coast Park.
4. BBQ Chefs will only prepare and cook food that is purchased from Spring Ocean Food Industries Pte Ltd. 
5. BBQ equipment such as BBQ pit, charcoal tongs and charcoal will be provided as part of the service. Accessories such as disposable utensils and crockery need to be purchased separately.
6. On-site BBQ orders must be made 3 days in advance for manpower allocation.
